Ordering products from LIPOVITAC online store
The online store www.lipovitac.com (hereinafter referred to as Online store) is owned by Lipovitac OÜ, registration No. 16086334, located in Mõisapiiri 12, Tartu, Tartumaa, Estonia.
To order products, select the suitable products and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the box “ADD TO CART“.
When you are done selecting the products, open the shopping cart by clicking the window “SHOPPING CART” on the upper right side of the page. To place an order, review the items you have selected in the shopping cart and specify the quantities. If you want to change the quantities, re-type the quantity in the small box, and then click on the link “UPDATE CART“ below the order. If you want to remove a product, click the word “(remove)” under the quantity box.
To complete your purchase, click the button “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. On the “Checkout details” page, fill in the required fields, select the desired method of transport between Itella SmartPOST, DPD or Omniva parcel machine and the suitable bank to make the transfer. Click “CHECKOUT“. If you want to change the order, click the button “EDIT SHOPPING CART”.
NB! Don’t forget to click the button “Back to the merchant” after making the payment to confirm the order.
After the transfer, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you in the format.
Validity of sales contract, product and price information
Conditions of sale apply to products ordered from the Online store. The prices of products sold in the Online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping the products is added to the price. The fee for shipping depends on the location of the Buyer and the shipping method. The shipping fee is displayed when the Buyer places the order. Product information is displayed in the Online store immediately adjacent to the products. All prices are displayed in euro (€).
Payment options
Orders placed on lipovitac.com can be paid via www.makecommerce.net with a bank link.
Payment can be made immediately via bank link by selecting a suitable bank (SEB, Swedbank, Luminor, LHV and Coop Pank). When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the button “Back to the merchant” in the bank after making the payment to send the information about the payment to our system automatically.
If ordering from the Online store fails for any reason, you can also submit your order to the company’s e-mail (info@lipovitac.com).
Delivery of products
Delivery countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.
The products are sent to all Itella SmartPOST, Omniva and DPD parcel machines. In case the worth of the order is less than €50 (including VAT), the shipping fees are borne by the Buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. If the worth of the order is more than €50 (including VAT) the shipping is free.
Shipments generally reach the destination specified by the Buyer in Estonia within 1-2 working days, in Latvia, Lithuania, Finland within 2-5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the Online shop within 14 days (depending on the products, the Buyer may not have the right to withdraw, in such case the corresponding products and services must be listed and must comply with the conditions provided for in subsection 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act).
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.
To exercise the 5-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used and opened in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way it is allowed to test the goods in an actual store.
If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear and tear, the Online store has the right to lower the refunded amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a declaration for withdrawal from the purchasing of the goods must be submitted, which shall be in the form of a standard letter and sent to the e-mail address info@lipovitac.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods, unless the reason for return is the fact that the goods do not comply with the order (e.g. wrong or defective goods).
The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration or submit evidence that they have delivered the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online store shall reimburse the Buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receiving of the declaration for withdrawal, all fees received from the Buyer based on the contract.
The Online store has the right to refuse to give a refund until it has received the item of the contract or until the Buyer has submitted evidence that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
If the Buyer has expressly chosen a method of shipping different from the cheapest most usual method of shipping offered by the Online store, the Online store does not have to refund the consumer the cost exceeding the cost of the usual method of shipping.
The Online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the return of the goods from the Buyer if the displayed price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.
Right to submit a complaint
The Online store is responsible for the lack of conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which occur within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. Within the first six months of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. Rebuttal of this presumption is the responsibility of the Online store.
The Buyer has the right to contact the Online store within two months of the occurrence of a defect, by e-mailing info@lipovitac.com or calling +372 5388 2771.
The Online store is not liable for any defects arising after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online store have defects for which the Online store is responsible, the Online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online store will refund to the Buyer all fees involved in the sales contract.
The Online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the Buyer in writing or in a format which can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Online store only uses the personal information entered by the Buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail, bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the Buyer. The Online store forwards personal information to the transport service providers to deliver the goods.
The Online store sends newsletters and offers to the Buyer’s e-mail address only if the Buyer has requested it by entering their e-mail address on the website and opted in for direct mail.
The Buyer can opt out of the offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail at any time by letting us know via e-mail or following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Dispute settlement
If the Buyer has any complaints about the Online store, these must be submitted by e-mail to info@lipovitac.com or by calling +372 5388 2771.
If the Buyer and the Online store are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the Buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions can be consulted, and the application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the competence to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the Buyer and the Online store. Resolution of the complaint by the Committee is free of charge to the Buyer. The Buyer may turn to the European Union consumer dispute resolution platform.
