Lecithin also supports the immune system, contributes to cell membrane functions and collagen formation.

Administering:           

For adults 15 ml per day just before or during breakfast, as recommended by a therapist or doctor. For children under 7 years of age 7.5 ml per day, can be mixed with water or juice.
